  • It's simple - all you need to provide is a quiet space, such as an empty office or conference room. We take care of everything else. We arrive fully set up with two treatment tables, a Bluetooth speaker with soft music, and even a small lamp to create a calm, relaxing atmosphere. I offer 15, 30, or 60-minute sessions. Employees remain fully clothed throughout their session, and hands are placed either lightly on or gently hovering above the body - it's completely comfortable and non-invasive.

    Scheduling is effortless. Employees can drop in as they wish, or we can provide a free online scheduling system so your team can book their spot in advance - whichever works best for your workplace.

    I’m flexible on time, available for a full day, a half day, or whatever arrangement suits your needs. From setup to scheduling, I’ve designed this to be as seamless and stress-free as possible for you and your team.

  • Our workplace sessions are completely non-religious and focus on wellness, relaxation, and mindfulness. They are inclusive and welcoming to people of all backgrounds and beliefs.
