  • I am a certified Reiki Master/Teacher trained in Usui Reiki Ryoho with 9th degree lineage to Mikao Usui, the founder of Reiki. I've been practicing and teaching since 2019.

    I’ve also trained in Sound Healing, various forms of energetic healing, as well as Shamanic practices from several traditions.

    I have extensive experience with and interest in a variety of spiritual traditions and energetic modalities, as well as plant medicines, and other forms of holistic healing.

    I also have a strong interest in epigenetics, neural retraining, and root cause wellness.

  • Our studio is located in Durham, NC, about 5 minutes from Brier Creek, right on the border of Raleigh and Durham.

    Once you book, you’ll receive the address in a confirmation email.

  • You can pay online with your credit/debit card while booking, and I also accept cash, Venmo, and Cashapp. 

  • You can book directly through the scheduling page here. If you're unsure which service is right for you, feel free to reach out first. I'm happy to help you figure out the best fit.

  • I recommend booking at least 24–72 hours ahead to secure your preferred time. Last-minute availability does come up occasionally, so it never hurts to check.

  • Absolutely. Gift sessions make a beautiful and meaningful offering. Contact me directly and I'll get you set up.

    I also have Gift Certificates available for both individual and couples Reiki sessions.

  • Yes! Package options are available at a reduced rate compared to single sessions. These are a great choice if you're looking to make Reiki a consistent part of your wellness routine.

  • I believe healing should be accessible. If cost is a barrier, please reach out. I do my best to work with clients whenever I'm able.

  • Yes. There is a small step up at the threshold which I can help you with, but the studio is on the first floor.

  • We generally offer Reiki level I twice monthly, depending on demand. We offer Reiki II bi-monthly, and Master & Master/Teacher training quarterly.

    If you would like to train with us and don’t see a date set, just reach out and let us know. We often schedule trainings based on the availability of our students.

  • I ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Life happens - just please let me know as soon as you can so I can offer that time to someone else.
