Reiki Level 1 is the perfect starting point for anyone ready to explore energy healing. Whether you’re simply curious or feel deeply called to the healing path, this class will guide you through the fundamentals of Usui Shiki Ryoho – The Usui System of Natural Healing.
Reiki is a hands-on healing practice developed by Mikao Usui, a monk from Kyoto, Japan. Healing is channeled through the practitioner's hands and into the recipient, working to restore balance across the physical, emotional, and spiritual planes.
What sets Reiki apart is its initiation process - a deliberate preparation that opens students to the flow of healing energy while protecting them from absorbing or transmitting unwanted energetic patterns.
You will learn the foundational techniques, practice hands-on healing, receive meditative attunements that open you to channel Reiki for yourself and for others, receive the oral history of Usui Shiki Ryoho passed down through lineage, and much more.
Reiki Level I is a one-day 8-hour class and students receive a comprehensive manual.
