The benefits of a consistent meditation practice are well known and widely recognized in scientific literature.  Among them are its ability create structural changes to the brain in as little as 8 weeks, having a profound effect on everything from anxiety to emotional regulation to chronic pain, and so much more.

Whether you are new to meditation or have been sitting for years, guided meditation provides a deliberate framework for your session, guiding your mind gently into a deep state of relaxation, often leading to new insights.  It can be especially helpful for those who have a difficult time with traditional breath-focused meditations, or those that find it challenging to clear their mind.

In a guided meditation session, I lead you on a personalized inner journey designed to bring deep peace, relaxation, and clarity. Each session is one-on-one, with sounds and imagery carefully tailored to your needs and intentions.

Sessions are available at my studio in Durham, NC, and I also offer in-home sessions in Durham, Raleigh, Cary, and the surrounding areas.
